Our Return Policy
In order to ensure customer satisfaction, we will return or exchange
any product if you are dissatisfied. You have 15 days to return items.
To make a return or exchange, simply contact us by telephone
1-887-747-4227 (SHP4CCS) or e-mail and we will provide you with a
return authorization number (RA#). Then simply return the merchandise
to Integrus Brand Solutions, clearly indicating the RA#.
Returns will be accepted on any unused items. If you receive any
product that is damaged in transit or contains manufacturer's defects,
please call customer service immediately for return instructions. For
product damaged or opened during transit, you must notify the courier
upon signing for the package.
Once your returned item(s) has been received and accepted at
our warehouse; we will refund or credit the value of the returned
merchandise, plus tax. Please note that delivery charges are not
refunded. In the event the return is due to defective material or an
error on our part, delivery charges will be refunded in full. To
qualify for a refund, goods must be returned unused.
Shipping Information
We will arrange delivery via the best method possible for your
destination. Our carrier of choice is Purolator Courier and most
shipments will be sent via their ground service. Should you require
that a service other than Purolator Ground be used, please contact
customer service regarding the suggested shipping method.
All items will arrive within 7 business days from day of order. We do
our best to fill orders as they arrive, however, should there be an
inventory issue, we will contact you to advise if the item is
backordered.
